The Unique ARs Slim Rattler is a 15-inch free-float handguard machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers. It combines a slim profile with a full-length Picatinny top rail and a skeletonized "Rattler" snake pattern. M-LOK slots run the full length of the 6 o'clock position, and the 3 and 9 o'clock positions carry no mounting points. That keeps the sides clean and the grip area smooth, and it makes the handguard well suited to builders who want a minimal, lightweight setup with accessory mounting only where it's needed.
This handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, a strong, lightweight alloy widely used for handguards because it balances rigidity with low weight. The Rattler snake-pattern cutouts remove material to cut weight and give the handguard a distinctive appearance that sets it apart from a conventional vented design. Its slim 1.80-inch outside diameter keeps the handguard comfortable for shooters who prefer a smaller grip, while the 1.55-inch inside diameter provides clearance around the barrel and gas system. A full-length Picatinny rail along the top supports optics, backup sights, and other rail-mounted accessories, and the full-length M-LOK slots at the bottom give the shooter room to place a grip, handstop, light, or sling mount exactly where they want it. With no mounting points on either side, the profile stays smooth and uncluttered.
This handguard is compatible with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers. Barrel nut and gas block fitment should be confirmed against the handguard's 1.55-inch inside diameter before installation.
