Buffer Tube and Buffer

At the center of this kit sits a heavy-duty pistol buffer tube, built as a fixed receiver extension from heavy-duty metal construction and finished in black. Riding inside it is an 8-ounce buffer, built in an extended, long profile and machined from stainless steel for a durable, corrosion-resistant surface finished in black. Blowback-operated pistol-caliber carbines rely on bolt mass rather than a gas system to manage the timing of the action, and this extended buffer adds the additional weight those platforms need to cycle correctly and control bolt velocity in 9mm, .45 ACP, or 10mm builds. Buffer System Hardware
