Suppressor Ready Aegis 7.5-inch .45 ACP AR-45 Complete Upper

The Aegis is built around a 7.5-inch Bear Creek Arsenal barrel chambered in .45 ACP, with an M4 contour finished in Parkerized. It's paired with a 6061 pistol-caliber AR-15 billet upper receiver finished in black. It pairs a 7-inch ultra-lightweight minimalist M-LOK handguard with a Hughes Precision thread adapter, giving this build a Suppressor Ready configuration since no muzzle device is installed on that threading. It runs on a blowback operating system. A PCC bolt assembly for .45 ACP and Mil-Spec charging handle round out the upper, giving the buyer everything needed on the upper side.

Barrel and Thread Adapter

The barrel is 7.5 inches long, chambered in .45 ACP and built from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Parkerized finish and M4 contour. It carries a 1:16 twist rate and a .578x28 muzzle thread, cycling on a blowback system. A Hughes Precision thread adapter is fitted at the muzzle, stepping the .578x28 RH female input thread down to a 5/8x24 RH male output thread, with no muzzle device installed on that final threading.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a 6061 billet unit built for the pistol-caliber AR-15 platform, finished in black. Over the barrel sits a 7-inch ultra-lightweight minimalist handguard finished in black, using an M-LOK attachment system along its length. This handguard does not include anti-rotation tabs.

Suppressor Ready

The Hughes Precision thread adapter converts this barrel's .578x28 RH threading to a 5/8x24 RH output, and no muzzle device is installed on that output threading, which is what makes this build Suppressor Ready. The bare threaded end leaves that output open for the buyer's own suppressor mounting solution.

Bolt Assembly and Charging Handle

The bolt assembly is a PCC AR unit built specifically for .45 ACP. A Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle rounds out the upper's operating components.
