The Sand Crusader SBR Ready Full Build Kit is built around a 7.5-inch 5.56 NATO Bear Creek Arsenal "Irithyll" barrel with a pistol-length gas system, a 7-inch M-LOK handguard in FDE Cerakote, and a complete BCG, charging handle, and full lower-completion component set. Lower receiver is not included, and this kit ships without a stock or brace.

Barrel and Gas System

The 7.5-inch Bear Creek Arsenal "Irithyll" barrel is finished in Manganese Phosphate with a 1:7 twist suited to 5.56 NATO. It runs a pistol-length gas system through a pistol-length gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block with a .750-inch diameter. The muzzle carries a GI A2 Birdcage flash hider on 1/2x28 threads, rated for 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington, and secured with the included 1/2-inch black crush washer.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, and it includes the forward assist assembly along with the ejection port door, rod, and spring. It's paired with a 7-inch M-LOK compatible, ultra-lightweight minimalist handguard finished in FDE Cerakote, built without anti-rotation tabs.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 BLK, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit with a black polymer A2-style pistol grip, the carbine castle nut, and mil-spec receiver end plate. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard carbine recoil buffer with a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, running through a mil-spec heavy-duty AR-15 six-position buffer tube.
