The Hard Count is a 9mm AR-9 Full Build Kit built around a compact 5-inch direct blowback platform. The kit centers on a 5-inch slim profile parkerized steel barrel with a 1:10 twist rate and 1/2x36 thread pitch, paired with a black 9mm A2 birdcage flash hider and a black 1/2-inch crush washer. The 7075-T6 aluminum anodized black upper receiver features M4 feed ramps, an ejection port door with rod and spring, and a forward assist assembly, paired with a 4.2-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in 7075-T6 aluminum with a black finish and an integrated hand stop. A complete 9mm nitride bolt carrier group in 8620 alloy steel with an external extractor compatible with Glock and Colt pattern magazines, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a heavy-duty AR pistol buffer tube, an AR-15 9mm carbine buffer, a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec M16 style receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut.
