This is a left-handed AR-15 upper build kit chambered in 5.56 NATO, built around a 16.5-inch satellite medium profile barrel with a QPQ nitride finish, a 1-7 twist rate, and a mid-length gas system. The left-handed Black Diamond Series slick side billet aluminum upper receiver anchors the front end with a left-hand ejection port and a clean slick side exterior profile that omits the forward assist from the receiver body. The mid-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 complete the gas system, and the 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black with a partial Picatinny top rail covers the forend. An A2 GI Birdcage flash hider at 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. BCG and charging handle are not included.

The left-handed Black Diamond Series slick side billet aluminum upper receiver anchors the front end with a left-hand ejection port and a clean slick side exterior profile that omits the forward assist from the receiver body. The 16.5-inch satellite medium profile barrel brings a QPQ nitride finish and a 1-7 twist rate to the 5.56 NATO chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. The mid-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 run a mid-length gas system along the 16.5-inch barrel, a well-matched gas system length for this barrel profile and chambering. The 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black surrounds the barrel and gas system along the forend with a partial Picatinny top rail running along the top of the handguard and M-LOK slots along the remaining handguard body for accessory attachment across the full 15-inch length.

Muzzle Device

The A2 GI Birdcage flash hider threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel. The included black steel crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.
