This is an AR-15 full build kit chambered in .223 Wylde, centered on an 18-inch heavy profile spiral fluted 416R stainless steel barrel with a stainless steel finish, a 1-8 twist rate, and a mid-length gas system. The Black Diamond Series slick side billet aluminum upper receiver made in the USA anchors the front end with a clean slick side exterior and a .223 and 5.56 ejection port door with rod and spring. The mid-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile gas block at .750 complete the gas system, and the Avalon 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard with slant port cutouts covers the forend. A tanker style 3-port muzzle brake in black with a 0.3-inch bore diameter at 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. A complete USA-made AR-15 bolt carrier group compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 AAC Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower completion package covers a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, a standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA, a Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. An Adaptive Tactical EX Performance adjustable stock in black closes out the rear end. Lower receiver not included.

Upper Assembly

The Black Diamond Series slick side billet aluminum upper receiver made in the USA anchors the front end with a clean slick side exterior profile that omits both the forward assist and the dust cover button from the receiver body, with a .223 and 5.56 ejection port door with rod and spring providing ejection port coverage. The 18-inch heavy profile 416R stainless steel barrel brings a stainless steel finish and a 1-8 twist rate to the .223 Wylde chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. The spiral fluting along the barrel body is a machined exterior feature of this specific barrel. The mid-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile gas block at .750 run a mid-length gas system along the 18-inch barrel. The Avalon 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard surrounds the barrel and gas system along the forend with M-LOK slots and slant port cutouts along the handguard body for accessory attachment and weight reduction across the full 15-inch length.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete USA-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 AAC Blackout, and .350 Legend chamberings, making it a versatile BCG well matched to the .223 Wylde platform. The Mil-Spec M4 charging handle pairs with the BCG inside the upper receiver to complete the upper interior and finish the front end of the build.

Muzzle Device

The tanker style 3-port muzzle brake in black with a 0.3-inch bore diameter threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel. The included black 1-2-inch crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.

Lower Completion Components

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs. The Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, standard AR-15 carbine buffer at 3 oz., and standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring made in the USA form the buffer system at the rear of the lower. The Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16 receiver end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver. The Adaptive Tactical EX Performance adjustable stock in black closes out the rear end on the Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube with an adjustable length of pull.
