The Flachion is a 9mm AR-9 Full Build Kit built around a 16-inch platform. The kit centers on a 16-inch M4 profile 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:10 twist rate and 1/2x36 thread pitch, paired with a 9mm flash can at 1/2x36 and a black crush washer. The upper receiver is a dedicated AR-9 7075-T6 aluminum design with an anodized black finish and an ejection port cover with door, rod, and spring, paired with a 15-inch Slant-Pro Series A freefloat M-LOK handguard in black featuring built-in QD sling mounts, anti-rotation tabs, oblong lightening cuts, a quad rail front section, and a full-length Picatinny top rail. A complete AR-9 nitride bolt carrier group in 8620 alloy steel with an external extractor, compatible with Glock and Colt pattern magazines, and a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, an AR-15 9mm carbine buffer, a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. The Adaptive Tactical EX Performance adjustable carbine stock, compatible with Mil-Spec carbine buffer tubes, rounds out the kit. Lower receiver not included.

Barrel and Muzzle Device

The 16-inch M4 profile barrel is chambered in 9mm and constructed from 416R stainless steel with a 1:10 twist rate and 1/2x36 thread pitch. The 9mm flash can covers the 1/2x36 muzzle thread and is spec-matched to this 9mm platform. A black crush washer is included with the muzzle device.

Dedicated AR-9 Upper Receiver and Handguard

The dedicated AR-9 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver carries an anodized black finish and includes an ejection port cover with door, rod, and spring. The Slant-Pro Series A 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard is black with built-in QD sling mounts, anti-rotation tabs, oblong lightening cuts along the handguard body, a quad rail front section for accessory mounting at the muzzle end, and a full-length Picatinny top rail. These two components define the exterior structure of the upper assembly on this AR-9 platform.

AR-9 Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete AR-9 nitride bolt carrier group is 8620 alloy steel with an external extractor, compatible with both Glock and Colt pattern magazines. A Mil-Spec M4 charging handle is included to complete the upper component set.
