Lower Receiver

The receiver is a DPMS DA-15, forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black hardcoat anodizing, meeting the MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 2 anodizing specification for a durable, wear-resistant surface. It's marked "Multi-Cal" and built to standard AR-15 patterns throughout, including the magazine well and buffer extension interface, with the selector area marked SAFE/FIRE.

Lower Parts Kit and Trigger

At the heart of this kit is a Davidson Defense 31-piece Gen 2 match-grade Lower Parts Kit, built for standard Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receivers and made from a mix of steel, aluminum, and polymer. The centerpiece is a single-stage trigger with a straight, skeletonized shoe, machined from steel and finished in black oxide, breaking at a light 3.5-pound pull weight suited to precision shooting and competition-oriented builds. The complete fire control group is included alongside the trigger, and a Mil-Spec A2 grip molded from black polymer rounds out the kit's ergonomics.

Buffer System

Behind the buffer tube assembly sits a Mil-Spec heavy-duty six-position carbine buffer tube, holding a standard carbine buffer weighing 3 ounces and a standard recoil spring. A US Tactical AR-15/M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut secure the entire buffer tube assembly to the back of the receiver.

Stabilizing Brace

Capping off the build is a KAK Industry Shockwave 2M Blade, finished in black in a compact, blade-style design, built for a Mil-Spec carbine buffer tube and matching the buffer tube included with this kit. It offers adjustment for dialing in the final fit for the shooter.
