Shipping Update

 Thanks to your trust, we've received an overwhelming amount of orders for just about everything under the sun. From simple parts like drop in triggers and grips, to full build kits and complete firearms, we're working around the clock to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. That being said, here are a couple housekeeping items: 

1) Shipping Volume: We are shipping on average just under 1,000 orders per day and are working around the clock to get 100% caught up. 

2) Order Queue: Orders are being shipped out in the order they were received so we can maintain this trajectory. 

3) Customer Support: If you are reaching out via email, website submission, or phone call and have not heard back, we are NOT ignoring you. We have a very limited team right now and are constantly on the phones trying to solve tickets and answer as many questions as possible. We want to give the best level of service we can to each person that reaches out, so we are prioritizing inquiries in the order they came in. 

4) Stay Updated: Be sure to check out social media stories and posts for other updates on progress as we move! 

5) Current Shipping Estimates: Our shipping estimates right now are about 10 business days but that time will be changing soon as we get caught up further and further.
