First and foremost — thank you. The response to our products has been incredible, and we're genuinely grateful for every order and every customer who has chosen to build with us. With that growth has come some increased wait times, and we want to be fully transparent about where things stand right now.
Current Estimated Shipping Times
Here's what you can expect when you place an order today (As of 27th of February 2026):
- Unassembled Kits: 10–14 business days
- Assembled Builds: 15–19 business days
We know waiting isn't anyone's favorite part of the process, and we appreciate your patience more than we can say.
We're Catching Up — and Fast
The good news? We're making real progress. Our team has been working hard to close the gap, and we're actively catching up on the order backlog. These shipping windows are not permanent — they reflect where we are right now, not where we're headed.
To make sure you always have the most accurate picture, we review and update our shipping times at least once a week. If things improve — and we expect they will — you'll see that reflected here quickly. We're not in the business of posting outdated estimates and leaving you guessing.
