The Aegis 7.5-inch Stainless Steel Pistol-Gas 1:7 5.56 NATO AR-15 Freefloat M-Lok Handguard Pistol Complete Upper Build from Davidson Defense is engineered for precision and performance. Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, this upper features a 7.5-inch barrel crafted from 416R stainless steel with a government profile and a 1:7 twist rate, ensuring optimal stabilization of various bullet weights. The pistol-length gas system enhances reliability with a micro low-profile gas block, maintaining a clean and consistent operation.


Constructed from 7075 T6 aluminum, the anodized upper receiver pairs seamlessly with a robust black 6061-T6 aluminum freefloat M-Lok handguard, facilitating modular accessory attachment. The assembly includes a nitride-finished bolt carrier made from 9310 alloy steel, and a GI birdcage flash hider, which minimizes flash and muzzle rise. This complete upper build provides gunsmiths the freedom to customize and optimize their AR-15 platform effectively.
