Barrel and Handguard

The 5-inch BC-9 barrel is constructed from 4150 CrMoV steel in a slim profile with a phosphate finish and a 1-in-10 twist rate. The thread pitch is 1-in-2x36, corresponding to the included 9MM flash can with a manganese phosphate finish. The 7-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is made from aircraft-grade aluminum and keeps the handguard clear of the barrel along its full length. This kit is blowback-operated and does not use a traditional gas system.

Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier Group

The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish. The 9MM bolt carrier group is made from 8620 alloy steel with a nitride finish. The included AR-15 M4 mil-spec charging handle pairs directly with the upper receiver and bolt carrier group.

SB Tactical SBA5 Pistol Brace and Buffer System

The SB Tactical SBA5 pistol stabilizing brace is constructed from nylon reinforced polymer and is included as the brace option for this pistol configuration. The aluminum buffer tube pairs with the SBA5 brace for AR-15 and AR-style pistol configurations. The kit also includes a 5.5 oz buffer, a recoil spring, an end plate, and a castle nut.

Lower Components

This kit includes a lower parts kit, 5.5 oz buffer, recoil spring, end plate, and castle nut, providing the components needed to complete a stripped lower receiver. The lower receiver itself is not included. This kit is blowback-operated and does not use a traditional gas system.
