The Davidson Defense Apiar 8.5-inch Pistol-Gas .300 BLK AR-15 Complete Upper is engineered for optimal performance in a compact configuration. Featuring an 8.5-inch heavy barrel crafted from 4150 chrome moly vanadium with a parkerized finish, this upper has a 1:9 twist rate for reliable accuracy. The pistol-length gas system improves cycling efficiency, while the 0.75-inch gas block size ensures consistent operation. The upper receiver is made from durable 7075 T6 aluminum with an anodized finish, incorporating M4 feed ramps for smooth feeding.


This build is equipped with a complete AR-15 5.56/.223/.300/.350 bolt carrier group made from 9310 alloy steel and finished with nitride for resilience. A mil-spec AR-15 M4 charging handle provides dependable handling, and the included 5/8x24 TPI GI Birdcage flash hider manages muzzle rise effectively. The freefloat M-Lok handguard allows for accessory customization without adding weight, making it ideal for any gunsmith.
