The Arctic Shadow 16-inch AR-15 10MM rifle complete upper from Davidson Defense combines durability and lightweight construction for superior performance in tactical applications and shooting sports. Crafted with a 16-inch barrel made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium, this upper features a barrel twist rate of 1:16 and a blow-back gas system. The barrel is finished with a parkerized coating and threaded at 9/16-24 to accommodate the included 10MM/40S&W compensator. The upper receiver is constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, finished with Type III hard coat anodizing for added resilience. A keymod-style handguard in black aluminum provides flexibility for accessory attachments while maintaining a lightweight profile. This complete upper build is equipped with a Nitride-finished 9310 alloy steel bolt carrier assembly and a mil-spec AR-15 M4 charging handle, making it an ideal choice for gunsmiths who value precision and reliability in their builds.
