Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel handles the 5.56 NATO chamber and provides the threaded muzzle end for the included GI birdcage flash hider in manganese phosphate finish at a 1-in-2x28 thread pitch. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. steel micro low-profile gas block, which sits beneath the handguard and keeps the forend profile clean and unobstructed.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. M4 feed ramps support reliable cartridge feeding from the magazine into the chamber. The 10-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum in black, featuring a quad rail section at the front end, front and rear QD sling attachment points, and a slant front profile. The M-Lok slots along the handguard body provide additional attachment points for lights, grips, and other accessories. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit built from 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.
