Barrel Specifications

The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is manufactured from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a phosphate finish. The 1:7 twist rate stabilizes projectiles across common 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington grain weights. Carbine-length gas system timing supports cycling with standard ammunition.

Handguard and Upper Receiver

The 10-inch quad-rail handguard provides four continuous Picatinny rail sections for mounting lights, grips, lasers, and other accessories. Free-float attachment isolates the barrel from handguard pressure. The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and anodized finish.

Gas Block and Muzzle Device

The micro low-profile gas block fits 0.750 diameter barrels and sits under the handguard. The TPI GI A2 birdcage flash hider threads onto the barrel at 1/2x28 pitch and directs muzzle gases.
