The Attuned 10.5-Inch 5.56 NATO AR-15 Full Build Kit includes an upper assembly, bolt carrier group, charging handle, buffer tube, buffer, recoil spring, castle nut, end plate, lower parts kit, and SB Tactical SBA5 brace. The 10.5-inch barrel features 4150 CrMoV construction with phosphate finish, government profile, and 1:7 twist rate. The upper assembly includes a 7075 T6 aluminum upper receiver with M4 feed ramps and anodized finish, 10-inch free-float quad-rail handguard constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, micro low-profile gas block, and GI birdcage flash hider. The nitride-finished BCG is constructed from 9310 alloy steel. Lower receiver not included.

Carbine Gas System Configuration

The 10.5-inch barrel pairs with a carbine-length gas system, providing increased gas port dwell time compared to pistol-length systems at this barrel length. The micro low-profile steel gas block measures 0.750 inches in diameter and sits beneath the quad-rail handguard. The carbine gas system length offers compatibility with standard carbine-length gas tubes.

Free-Float Quad-Rail Handguard

The 10-inch free-float quad-rail handguard features 6061-T6 aluminum construction and provides four full-length Picatinny rail surfaces for accessory mounting. The handguard extends to near-muzzle length on the 10.5-inch barrel configuration and offers free-float mounting to the upper receiver. The quad-rail design accepts standard Picatinny-compatible accessories including lights, lasers, grips, and rail covers.

SB Tactical SBA5 Brace and Complete Components

The SB Tactical SBA5 pistol stabilizing brace mounts to the included mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube and provides adjustable length of pull through the 6-position adjustment mechanism. The full build kit includes all components necessary for a complete AR-15 pistol except the lower receiver, including upper assembly, BCG, charging handle, buffer system with 3-ounce standard carbine buffer and recoil spring, complete lower parts kit, and SBA5 brace. The 9310 alloy steel BCG includes nitride finish and provides compatibility with 5.56 NATO, .223, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend.
