The Aegis 16-inch Carbine-Gas 1:8 6.5 Grendel AR-10 Freefloat M-Lok Handguard Rifle Complete Upper Build from Davidson Defense is engineered for precision and reliability. Chambered in 6.5 Grendel, it features a 16-inch heavy barrel made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium with a nitride finish, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The barrel's 1:8 twist rate provides versatility in ammunition selection, while the carbine gas system allows for smooth cycling. The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum and anodized for added strength. An AR-15 M4 charging handle is included for ease of use, alongside a high-quality 9310 alloy steel bolt carrier finished in nitride for optimal performance. The 15-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard made from aircraft-grade aluminum offers attachment flexibility and a sleek black finish. Completing the package is a GI Birdcage flash hider with a 5/8x24 thread pitch, ideal for reducing muzzle flash.
