The David-Sand is a complete 5.56 NATO AR-15 rifle built around a 16-inch carbine-length gas platform. The upper side centers on a 16-inch chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with a 1/2x28 thread pitch and a pinned A2 front sight base, paired with an A2 birdcage flash hider and a black crush washer. An Omega Manufacturing carbine-length stainless steel gas tube completes the front end gas configuration. The 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver carries an anodized finish with M4 feed ramps, an ejection port cover assembly, and a forward assist, paired with a carbine-length drop-in FDE handguard with double heat shield construction. A Colt-style delta ring assembly, an A2 front sight kit with sight post, plunger, and spring, and an A2 fixed rear sight are included. A USA-made complete AR-15 bolt carrier group compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower is a custom engraved AR-15 lower receiver in black. The AR-15 lower parts kit with fire control group includes a Magpul MOE K2 grip in Flat Dark Earth. The buffer system consists of a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position aluminum carbine buffer tube, a standard 3 oz carbine buffer at carbine length, a USA-made standard carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. An M4 adjustable carbine stock in Flat Dark Earth, compatible with Mil-Spec carbine buffer tubes, rounds out the build. A Magpul PMAG M3 Window 30-round .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO magazine in medium coyote tan and a 15-inch orange cable lock are included.

The 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver carries an anodized finish with M4 feed ramps, an ejection port cover assembly, and a forward assist. The carbine-length drop-in FDE handguard features double heat shield construction and pairs with the included Colt-style delta ring assembly. The A2 front sight kit includes a sight post, plunger, and spring for the pinned A2 front sight base, and the A2 fixed rear sight provides the rear sight interface. The USA-made complete AR-15 bolt carrier group is compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend.

Custom Engraved Lower Receiver and Lower Parts Kit

The custom engraved AR-15 lower receiver carries a black finish with custom engraving on the exterior. The AR-15 lower parts kit covers the internal lower receiver components with a fire control group and a Magpul MOE K2 grip in Flat Dark Earth as the pistol grip interface.
