This full build kit provides all components needed to complete a 9mm AR-15 build except the lower receiver. The upper receiver is 6061-T6 billet aluminum with anodized finish. The barrel is 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium with 1 in 10 twist rate and 1/2x36 threads.
