Works Great

I'm not sure if this is legitimately an Anderson upper. I see no markings, nor any forge signs, but it works fine. I also don't know how Anderson marks their uppers, if at all anyway. No integrity issues, I've fired 300+ rounds from it with not a single problem. Don't waste money on a forged upper just because it's made by BCG or something. They're all usually forged by the same people anyway, so for $50... Just do it and use the saved money for more ammo. My view on quality is that if it works without issues, it works without issues. Five stars it is.

Stripped upper

I'm recovering from surgery so I haven't been able to complete this build and get to the range. With that said, the quality of this upper rivals those brand name one at three times the price. Delta Team shipped all the items in my order quickly and very well packaged.

Decent upper for a great price

Of course this isnt a matched $400 set of recievers so it will have a little play, so that is to be expected. I purchased two of these and placed them in Anderson Manufacturing lowers and they fit very well and you cant beat the price. Thank You

I purchased this upper to build a 6.8 spc II 18.5 inch barrel. Price was great, but it is more than price that needs to be taken in account and this receiver works great. I had no problems at all. Fit and finish is fine and makes a great gun, great price as well.

Mating Surface Not Even

I tried to match this upper to a S&W lower, but it seemed to rock a bit. I took some measurements and have found that the mating surface underneath the ejection port was a bit too proud. I was able to get the front pin in, but it would not seat flush enough to pin the rear. I tried to pin the rear first and it seems to be very tight. So tight that I had to force the rear pin in, but the front of the upper was wedged upwards away from the front pin. This makes me wonder if the rear pin location or the mating surface has issues as well. Must have been a Friday afternoon part. I will be trying the fit on some Anderson lowers and others to see if the uppers are just not compatible with some other's lowers.

Anderson stripped upper

Purchased 2 Anderson stripped uppers to mate to my existing anderson lowers. I was very pleased with the fit and finish. Very good quality.
