Gauntlet Arms "Crown Series" 10" M-Lok AR-15 Handguard

One of the best ways to personalize any custom AR-15 build is by choosing your handguard. In today's market, free-float handguards have definitely become the most popular. Freefloat handguards are made to cover the barrel and are securely connected to the upper receiver using a steel or aluminum barrel nut. Your handguard accomplishes an array of functional applications in an AR-15 build kit including protecting the shooter's hand from the hot barrel, offering the shooter plenty of space to hold the weapon for maximum control while firing, serving as the installation point for sights/optics, providing additional space for other accessories attached, and also, helping create the aesthetic that you want for your build.

It is recommended that your handguard completely cover the gas system of the AR-15, so please take your gas system length into account when choosing a handguard. About This Handguard: This 10" long Gauntlet Arms Nimrod AR-15 Freefloat Handguard features an M-Lok rail mounting system
Anti-Rotation Tabs: This AR-15 freefloat handguard is equipped with anti-rotation tabs for the purpose of maintaining secure alignment of the handguard top rail with the top rail of the upper receiver. Handguards that use anti-rotation tabs are most compatible with Mil-Spec upper receivers or AR-15 upper receivers that are forged, as the anti-rotation tabs are too narrow to fit over a billet AR-15 upper receiver.
Type Of Top Rail: This Gauntlet Arms Nimrod Handguard is CNC machined with M-Lok accessories across the top handguard with Picatinny rails machined at both ends and a quad rail at the end.
Profile: The Gauntlet Arms Nimrod freefloat handguard was created with the shooter in mind. For this reason, this handguard was created with a slim profile for shooters with small hands.
QD: To simplify the attachment/detachment of your sling, the Gauntlet Arms handguard comes with 4 QD mounts already machined into it.
Material Of Handguard: Due to the need to have light yet strong handguards, this Gauntlet Arms AR-15 freefloat handguard is constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion.
