* If your purchase includes a suppressor it must be shipped to an FFL with an SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) license. An SOT is a special federal tax and licensing status paid annually to the ATF that allows a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) to legally deal in NFA-regulated items such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, machine guns, and other Title II firearms. Regular FFL holders are not permitted to receive or transfer these items. Shipping your suppressor to an FFL/SOT ensures the transfer complies with the National Firearms Act (NFA), keeps the transaction legal, and allows the dealer to complete the required ATF Form 4 paperwork and tax stamp process on your behalf. SOT items will also add 5-7 days to shipping time.
*If you do not provide the FFL information, we will hold your order for about 7 business days to give you time to locate a dealer. You can email your order number, and your FFL transfer contact information to [email protected] Once you email us the information, we will then contact the FFL Dealer for further information.
