The Hexmag Series 2 AR-15 30-round Magazines is ideal for any sport, competitor, or tactical shooters demanding superior strength, proven reliability, and exceptional value. Features a revised lip feed that creates better compatibility among the countless rifle manufacturers and the many different calibers that AR-15s are chambered in, including .223/5.56x45, .300AAC Blackout, .458 SOCOM, and 12.7x42.
The Series 2 magazines are made from PolyHex2 Advanced Composite, a proprietary fiber-reinforced polymer, Hexmag magazines are lighter than other leading AR-15 magazines - perfect for shooters looking for weight savings and ultimate durability. Though lighter, this polymer can stand up to most any torture test. The Series 2 Anti-Tilt Follower was engineered with equal length legs to prevent tilting forward or backward to keep ammunition in a straight, double-stack configuration for reliable feeding. Meanwhile, the follower, in Hexmag orange, allows for quick and safe visual inspection of the rifle with the magazine seated. The SENTRY patented Tool-Less Design for fast and easy floorplate removal allowing field cleaning and HexID color customization.
A heat-treated 17-7 PH stainless-steel spring allows for long-term magazine storage while fully loaded. Unlike music wire or silicon steel springs, this stainless-steel spring resists corrosion - perfect for the most rugged of elements.
