The Static Burn 20-inch rifle from Davidson Defense is engineered for precision and reliability in the AR-15 platform. This complete upper assembly features a gas-operated system with a 1:8 twist rate, optimized for the 6MM ARC cartridge. The 20-inch HBAR barrel is crafted from 416R stainless steel with a polished finish, providing durability and performance, and is secured by a rifle-length gas system with a 0.750" gas block.

The upper receiver is made from 7075-T6 aluminum, finished with a hard anodized coating for enhanced resilience. It includes a quad-rail freefloat Quad-Rail handguard made of 6061-T6 aluminum, allowing for versatile accessory mounting options. The assembly is completed with a mil-spec AR-15 M4 charging handle and a US Tactical bolt carrier group. The rifle is equipped with a birdcage flash hider, ensuring a balanced shooting experience for all users seeking firearm functionality.
