The Thermosphere 18-inch Rifle-Gas 1:7.5 6MM ARC AR-15 Complete Upper is engineered for accuracy and reliability. It features an 18-inch barrel crafted from 4150 CrMoV steel with a government profile and a 1:7.5 twist rate, providing consistent performance for the 6mm ARC caliber. The rifle gas system and .750” gas block ensure smooth cycling, while the nitrided finish offers durable corrosion resistance.


This upper is fitted with a lightweight M-Lok freefloat handguard, made from 6061-T6 aluminum in a sleek black finish, allowing for modular accessory attachment without adding unnecessary weight. The billet upper receiver is also constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a Type III Hard Coat Anodized finish for added durability. A micro low-profile gas block and a GI birdcage flash hider complete the package. This complete upper is designed for compatibility with standard AR-15 lower receivers, making it a versatile option for any gunsmith seeking precision and reliability.
