Details

This Aegis Lightweight Complete Upper Build Kit from Davidson Defense features a 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium barrel with a 1:8 twist rate, M4 profile, and phosphate finish, ensuring reliable performance and accuracy. The carbine-length gas system and 0.75-inch gas block shelf, combined with a 9310 alloy steel bolt carrier group (BCG) finished in nitride, provide optimal cycling and longevity. Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum, the upper receiver features an anodized finish for added durability. Completing the assembly is a freefloat M-Lok handguard made from 6061-T6 aluminum, enabling secure accessory attachment. The kit comes equipped with a Mil-Spec charging handle and an AR-15 TPI GI Birdcage flash hider.
