The Davidson Defense Warden Duty upper build kit includes a 16-inch H-Bar barrel chambered in 7.62x39 paired with a 15-inch aluminum Keymod freefloat handguard and a 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver with M4 feed ramps. BCG and charging handle are not included.
The 16-inch barrel uses 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a phosphate finish. The H-Bar profile offers increased mass compared to a standard government or pencil profile. The 1:10 twist rate is spec'd for 7.62x39 projectiles. Thread pitch is 5/8x24.
The 15-inch aluminum Keymod handguard provides modular mounting space along its length. Black anodized finish matches the upper receiver. The freefloat design keeps the handguard clear of the barrel.
The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramps. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a micro low-profile gas block sized at 0.750. The GI birdcage flash hider is compatible with .308, 7.62x39, and .300 Blackout applications at 5/8x24.
