Batwing-X Charging Handle

Standard charging handles offer a single small latch on the left side only, limiting manipulation speed and making right-hand operation awkward. The extended latch geometry increases the contact surface available during a charging stroke for faster and more positive manipulation under stress. The gas defeating design uses a sealed channel geometry that redirects gas away from the shooter rather than allowing it to vent rearward through the charging handle channel, making the Batwing-X a practical choice for suppressed builds where gas blowback is a concern.

The pistol caliber gas key replaces the standard rifle gas key with a design matched to the direct blowback operating system used in 10mm and .40 S&W PCC builds, where the bolt carrier cycles from the energy of the cartridge case rather than a gas tube and port system. The full-auto compatible geometry ensures the widest possible compatibility with standard AR-15 PCC lower receivers.
