Standard charging handles offer a single small latch on the left side only, making right-hand manipulation awkward and limiting overall control during charging strokes. The Batwing-S corrects this by placing a standard profile latch on both sides, keeping the overall footprint slim and snag-free while delivering full ambidextrous function. The lever geometry is reinforced at the stress points where the latches connect to the main body, distributing the lateral loading of each charging stroke across more material rather than concentrating it at a narrow junction.
