Bolt Carrier Group Specifications

The M16 bolt carrier group uses aircraft-quality 8620 steel for the carrier with a chrome-lined interior for smoother operation. The 9310 steel bolt is heat-treated, precision-ground, shot-peened, and MPI inspected for reliability. The one-piece billet extractor is fully machined and phosphate-coated, while the firing pin is chrome-plated 8740 steel. Gas key is 4130 steel with precision hydraulic staking and KAK T25 Grade 8 screws.
