Charging Handle

The Batwing-S is a true ambidextrous charging handle machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, finished in Type III hardcoat black anodizing with FDE-colored latches. It features an extended, dual-sided batwing-style latch design with a gas-defeating configuration, built as a lightweight replacement or upgrade charging handle for AR-15 platforms.

Bolt Carrier Group

This bolt carrier group is built to the M16 auto profile from aircraft/bearing quality 8620 steel, finished in FDE PVD with a chrome-lined interior. The bolt is machined from 9310 steel and also finished in FDE PVD, heat treated, precision ground, shot peened, and MPI inspected. The firing pin is 8740 steel with a chrome plating, and the extractor is a one-piece, fully machined billet unit with a Phosphate coating; the cam pin carries a PVD coating, and the ejector and extractor retaining pin are machined from S7 tool steel. The gas key is machined from 4130 steel, PVD finished, and precision hydraulically staked using KAK T25 drive Grade 8 screws that are heat treated.
