The Black Diamond Series left-handed slick side billet aluminum upper receiver with a black anodized finish anchors the front end with a left-hand ejection port and a clean slick side exterior that omits the forward assist and dust cover from the receiver body. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 O.D. complete the gas system, and the Trinity Force ECHO 12-inch freefloat KeyMod handguard with a full-length Picatinny top rail covers the forend. An A2 GI Birdcage flash hider at 1-2x28 closes out the muzzle end. BCG and charging handle are not included.

The 14.5-inch M4 profile 4150 CrMoV steel barrel brings a Parkerized finish and a 1-7 twist rate to the 5.56 NATO chamber, threaded at 1-2x28. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 O.D. run a carbine-length gas system along the 14.5-inch barrel. The Trinity Force ECHO 12-inch freefloat KeyMod handguard surrounds the barrel and gas system along the forend with a full-length Picatinny top rail running the entire length of the handguard for optics and accessory mounting, and KeyMod slots along the remaining handguard surfaces for additional accessory attachment.

Muzzle Device

The A2 GI Birdcage flash hider threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel. The included black 1-2-inch crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.
