The upper receiver is a 6061 billet PCC upper receiver in 6061 aluminum, paired with a 7-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black aluminum with a full-length Picatinny top rail and integrated QD mounts. The handguard is a Blem. A PCC AR bolt assembly compatible with 10mm and .40 S&W and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a heavy-duty pistol buffer tube for AR-15 and AR style pistols, an 8 oz 9mm buffer in black, a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut.
