The Ice Pick Full Build Kit is built around an 11.5-inch .223 Wylde government profile barrel with a carbine-length gas system, a Black Diamond Series slick-side billet upper receiver, a 10-inch free-float M-LOK handguard, and a complete BCG, charging handle, and polymer stabilizing brace. Lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Gas System

The 11.5-inch barrel is built in a government profile from 4140 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in Nitride, with a 1:8 twist rate and a .223 Wylde chamber compatible with .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. It runs a carbine-length gas system through a stainless steel gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block with a .750-inch diameter, matched to the barrel's .750-inch gas journal. At the muzzle, 1/2x28 threads carry the included GI A2 birdcage flash hider, secured with the supplied 1/2-inch black crush washer.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is a Black Diamond Series slick-side billet unit made in the USA, and it includes the ejection port door, rod, and spring. It's paired with a 10-inch free-float M-LOK handguard featuring a full-length Picatinny top rail and QD mounts, built without anti-rotation tabs.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit, along with the carbine castle nut and mil-spec receiver end plate. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard AR-15 carbine buffer with a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, cycling inside a heavy-duty pistol buffer tube for AR-15/AR-style pistols.

Brace

A black polymer stabilizing brace is included, mounted to the pistol buffer tube used in this build.
