The kit includes a 10.5-inch government profile Needle barrel in 416R stainless steel with a polished stainless finish, a 1:7 twist rate, and a 1/2x28 thread pitch, a freefloat Keymod handguard in black 6061-T6 aluminum, a micro low-profile 0.750 carbine gas block, a GI Birdcage flash hider at 1/2x28, a USA-made nitride-finished 9310 alloy steel bolt carrier group compatible with 5.56 and .223 and .300 and .350, a Mil-Spec M4 charging handle, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, a 3 oz buffer, a USA-made standard carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and a castle nut. Needle Barrel and Gas System

The Needle barrel is a 10.5-inch government profile unit in 416R stainless steel with a polished stainless finish, chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7 twist rate and a 1/2x28 thread pitch. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a micro low-profile 0.750 gas block to cover the gas regulation side of the upper. A GI Birdcage flash hider at 1/2x28 rounds out the muzzle end.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The USA-made 6061-T6 billet slick side upper receiver features a Type 3 Class 2 hardcoat anodized finish and an anti-rotation cutout, forming the structural core of the upper assembly without a forward assist or dust cover. The freefloat Keymod handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum in black, surrounding the barrel without contact and providing Keymod mounting positions for compatible accessories.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is USA-made 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish, compatible with 5.56, .223, .300, and .350 platforms. The BCG and Mil-Spec M4 charging handle work together to cycle the action and complete the upper side component set.

SBR Ready Configuration

This kit ships without a brace and is intended for buyers selecting their own final rear end setup. The buffer tube, recoil spring, end plate, and castle nut are included, but no brace or stock is provided. The final rear end configuration is dependent on the buyer's selected components.

Buffer System and Rear Hardware

The buffer system consists of a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, a 3 oz buffer, and a USA-made standard carbine recoil spring. A Mil-Spec receiver end plate and castle nut complete the rear hardware included with this full build kit.
