The Aegis Lightweight Full Build Kit is built around a 7.5-inch 5.56 NATO Bear Creek Arsenal "Irithyll" barrel with a pistol-length gas system, a 10-inch free-float M-LOK handguard, and a complete BCG, charging handle, and polymer stabilizing brace. Lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Gas System

The 7.5-inch Bear Creek Arsenal "Irithyll" barrel is built in a contour profile with a Manganese Phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate suited to 5.56 NATO. It runs a pistol-length gas system through a pistol-length gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block with a .750-inch diameter, matched to the barrel's .750-inch gas journal.

Muzzle Device

The muzzle carries a fake can-style muzzle device, rated for .223/5.56, mounted on 1/2x28 threads.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, and it includes the forward assist assembly along with the ejection port door, rod, and spring. It's paired with a 10-inch ultra-lightweight minimalist M-LOK handguard with a partial Picatinny top rail, built without anti-rotation tabs for a slim profile along the barrel.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit with a mil-spec style pistol grip, along with the carbine castle nut and mil-spec receiver end plate. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard AR-15 carbine buffer with a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, cycling inside a heavy-duty AR-15 pistol buffer tube.

Brace

A black polymer stabilizing brace is included, mounted to the pistol buffer tube used in this build.
