The Exercitus Full Build Kit is built around a 14.5-inch 5.56 NATO medium profile barrel with a mid-length gas system, a 12-inch MX10 free-float M-LOK handguard, and a complete BCG, charging handle, and polymer stabilizing brace. Lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Gas System

The 14.5-inch barrel is built in a medium profile from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in Nitride, with a 1:7 twist rate suited to 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It runs a mid-length gas system through a stainless steel gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block with a .750-inch diameter, matched to the barrel's .750-inch gas journal. At the muzzle, 1/2x28 threads carry the included Omega Manufacturing Super Compensator, model MZ-1009B, rated for .223/5.56 and finished in black, secured with the supplied 1/2-inch black crush washer.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, and it includes the forward assist assembly along with the ejection port door, rod, and spring. It's paired with a 12-inch MX10 M-LOK handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit with a mil-spec A2-style pistol grip in black, along with the carbine castle nut and mil-spec receiver end plate. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard AR-15 carbine recoil buffer with a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, cycling inside a heavy-duty AR-15 pistol buffer tube.

Brace

A black polymer stabilizing brace is included, compatible with the AR-15/AR-style pistol buffer tube used in this build.
