The Specter is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 Complete Upper built around a 16-inch carbine-length gas platform. The kit centers on a 16-inch Fiddler match grade M4 profile barrel in 416R stainless steel with a 1:8 twist rate and 1/2x28 thread pitch, paired with a stainless steel 3-port compensator and a stainless steel crush washer. A micro low-profile gas block at 0.750 diameter and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube are included on the front end. The upper receiver is a 7000 Series Optimized AR-15 design with a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and an integrated dust cover pin retention system, with an ejection port cover included, paired with a 15-inch freefloat M-LOK handguard in black. A USA-made complete AR-15 bolt carrier group compatible with .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper component set.
