The Catastrophe upper is purpose-built for 7.62x39mm ammunition in an AR-15 lower receiver. The HBAR profile provides weight forward for better handling and reduced felt recoil compared to pencil profiles. The carbine-length gas system cycles reliably with the heavier Soviet cartridge while keeping the overall package compact at 16 inches. The complete bolt carrier group is specifically dimensioned for 7.62x39mm feeding and function.

KeyMod Rail Ecosystem

The 12-inch Trinity Force handguard uses KeyMod attachment, a lightweight modular mounting system that accepts a wide range of tactical accessories. Anti-rotation tabs prevent mounted accessories from shifting during use. KeyMod remains common in the aftermarket, offering flexibility for mounting lights, grips, and other components.

Nitride Bolt Carrier Group and Reliability
