The Flex Full Build Kit is built around a 16.5-inch .223 Wylde barrel with a mid-length gas system, a 15-inch Slant-Pro Series A free-float M-LOK handguard, and a complete BCG, charging handle, and full lower-completion component set including an AR-15 Scout stock. Lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Gas System

The 16.5-inch barrel is machined from 4150 steel and finished in Nitride with a 1:7 twist rate and a .223 Wylde chamber, featuring engraved markings. It runs a mid-length gas system through a stainless steel gas tube and a micro low-profile steel gas block with a .750-inch diameter. At the muzzle, 1/2x28 threads carry the included A2 extended flash hider, finished in Phosphate and pre-drilled for pinning and welding, secured with the supplied 1/2-inch black crush washer.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, and it includes the forward assist assembly along with the ejection port door, rod, and spring. It's paired with a 15-inch Slant-Pro Series A free-float M-LOK handguard featuring a flat top with an integrated quad rail section, built-in QD sling mounts, anti-rotation tabs, and oblong ventilation cuts.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

A complete, US-made AR-15 bolt carrier group is included, rated for 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, along with a mil-spec quality AR-15 M4 charging handle.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit with a mil-spec A2-style pistol grip in black, along with the carbine castle nut and mil-spec receiver end plate. The buffer system pairs a 3-ounce standard AR-15 carbine recoil buffer with a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, cycling inside a mil-spec heavy-duty six-position carbine buffer tube.

Stock

An AR-15 Scout stock in black is included, featuring an integrated QD sling mount, compatible with the mil-spec carbine buffer tube used in this build.
