The Warden is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 Full Build Kit built around a 16-inch carbine-length gas platform. The kit centers on a 16-inch government profile barrel in 416R stainless steel with a polished stainless finish, 1:8 twist rate, and 1/2x28 thread pitch, paired with a stainless steel GI type birdcage flash hider and a stainless steel 1/2-inch crush washer. A carbine-length gas tube is included on the front end. The upper receiver is a USA-made 6061 slick side billet design in 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodized finish and an anti-rotation cutout, paired with a 15-inch freefloat Keymod handguard in 6061-T6 aluminum. A USA-made AR-15 complete bolt carrier group in 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish, compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend, and a Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle complete the upper side. The lower hardware includes a complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit, a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, a standard 3 oz carbine buffer, a USA-made standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, an AR-15 M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and an AR-15 carbine castle nut. The SOPMOD style collapsible stock in black with storage compartments and integrated QD mounts rounds out the kit. Lower receiver not included.

Barrel and Muzzle Device

The 16-inch government profile barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO and constructed from 416R stainless steel with a polished stainless finish. The twist rate is 1:8 and the thread pitch is 1/2x28, which matches the included stainless steel GI type birdcage flash hider. A stainless steel 1/2-inch crush washer is included with the muzzle device. The polished stainless barrel and stainless flash hider provide a consistent stainless appearance across the front end. A carbine-length gas tube covers the front end gas configuration on this carbine-length platform.

Slick Side Billet Upper Receiver and Handguard

The USA-made 6061 slick side billet upper receiver is 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodized finish and an anti-rotation cutout. The slick side design removes the forward assist housing from the upper receiver body for a clean exterior profile. The 15-inch freefloat Keymod handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum with Keymod attachment points along the body for accessory mounting. These two components define the exterior structure of the upper assembly on this AR-15 platform.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The USA-made AR-15 complete bolt carrier group is 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish, compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend. A Mil-Spec AR-15 M4 charging handle is included to complete the upper component set.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit covers the internal lower receiver components.
