Blackstar Barrel and Carbine-Gas System

The Sagger barrel is a heavy profile 4150 CrMoV design with enhanced phosphate finish and a 1:10 twist optimized for standard 7.62x39mm ammunition. The carbine-length gas system uses a micro low-profile gas block that reduces profile while maintaining reliable cycling. This configuration balances accuracy potential with the practical handling characteristics of a 16-inch carbine-length rifle.

M-Lok Handguard Ecosystem

The freefloat M-Lok handguard keeps the barrel free from contact, supporting tighter groups and consistency. The 15-inch length provides plenty of rail space for optics, lights, and other accessories. Integrated quad rail sections at the front allow direct mounting without additional adapters. Built-in QD mounts and oblong lightweight cutouts reduce overall weight while maintaining structural rigidity.

Complete Lower and Buffer System

The kit includes a complete mil-spec lower parts kit with all trigger components, hammer, disconnector, selector, magazine catch, and bolt catch. The Adaptive Tactical EX Performance stock offers six positions for length-of-pull adjustment. A carbine buffer tube, 3-ounce carbine buffer, and USA-made carbine recoil spring complete the system. Castle nut and receiver end plate are included.

Muzzle and Gas Configuration

The .30 caliber standoff muzzle brake threads at 5/8x24 and includes a crush washer. The micro low-profile gas block works with the carbine-length stainless steel gas tube to cycle the nitride BCG reliably. This combination is tuned for 7.62x39mm performance and reduces felt recoil compared to standard configurations.
