This is a stripped LR-308 upper receiver machined in a billet construction, built to the DPMS pattern with a low-profile rail height. It's machined from aluminum in a slick-side style with no forward assist provision, finished in Type III hardcoat anodizing and colored black. The ejection port door ships assembled, with its door, rod, spring, and retaining hardware already installed.

Receiver Construction and Finish

This upper receiver is machined from aluminum billet stock to the DPMS pattern, built with a low-profile rail height rather than the taller profile found on some LR-308 pattern receivers. It's finished in Type III hardcoat anodizing, a durable coating that gives the receiver its black color and adds wear resistance. Running across the top is an integrated Picatinny rail, machined directly into the receiver for mounting optics or sighting systems.

Configuration and Barrel Interface

This is a slick-side upper receiver, built without a forward assist provision rather than the standard configuration that includes one. The ejection port door ships fully assembled, with its door, rod, spring, and retaining hardware already installed rather than left for the buyer to fit separately. The receiver uses a threaded LR-308 barrel nut interface for mounting a compatible barrel to complete the upper.
