Barrel and Gas System

The 10.5-inch government profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a phosphate finish and a 1:7 twist rate. The muzzle is threaded at 1-in-2x28 and pairs with the included GI birdcage flash hider in manganese phosphate finish. The carbine-length gas system uses a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block positioned beneath the handguard.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. The 10-inch freefloat M-Lok handguard is aircraft-grade aluminum in black, providing a clean forend with M-Lok accessory slots along its surface. The handguard length matches the 10.5-inch barrel, with the muzzle device providing clearance beyond the handguard.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group is a complete AR-15 unit built from 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish. It is compatible with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, and .350 Legend configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.

SBR Ready Configuration

This kit ships without a brace and is intended for builders selecting their own final rear end configuration. The mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, 3 oz carbine buffer, carbine recoil spring, and mil-spec receiver end plate are all included to support the lower completion build. The SBR Ready designation means the brace selection is left to the builder, allowing for a custom setup based on individual configuration requirements.
