Barrel and Upper Receiver

The 6-inch medium profile barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a nitride finish and a 1:10 twist rate. The muzzle is threaded at 1-in-2x28 and pairs with the included GI birdcage flash hider in manganese phosphate finish. The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, serving as the core front end structure for the AR-9 build. M4 feed ramps support reliable cartridge feeding from the magazine into the chamber.

Handguard

The 4.2-inch tubular slim profile M-Lok handguard is aluminum in black with a 1.77-inch internal diameter bore. The internal diameter accommodates suppressor use when paired with an appropriate muzzle device. The M-Lok slots along the handguard provide attachment points for lights, grips, and other accessories. The handguard length is shorter than the 6-inch barrel, and the muzzle device extends beyond the handguard to provide the necessary clearance.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included 9mm bolt carrier group is built from 8620 alloy steel with a nitride finish. This BCG is the correct unit for AR-9 blowback-operated configurations. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.
