The. Dunewatch upper is a compact 10.5-inch carbine-gas configuration built on proven components. It pairs a 4150 chrome moly barrel with a slick-side A1 upper receiver and a FDE polymer drop-in handguard. This is a complete upper assembly only—BCG and charging handle are not included.
The 10.5-inch barrel length keeps overall profile tight while the carbine-gas system maintains reliable cycling. The 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a range of 5.56 ammunition weights, from standard 55-grain to heavier loads. The slick-side upper receiver provides a clean profile without integrated carry handle sights.
The FDE polymer drop-in handguard installs without tools or permanent modification. Carbine-length compatibility means it fits the gas tube length on this upper. The handguard provides a comfortable grip platform while keeping weight minimal. Standard picatinny rail mounting points are supported on the upper receiver.
The 4150 chrome moly barrel offers durability in a lightweight package. Black nitride finish protects against corrosion and wear. The A2 F-marked gas block with taper pins delivers consistent performance. Carbine-length gas system tuning works well for shorter barrel configurations and suppressed or unsuppressed use.
Follow safe handling and manufacturer instructions. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. BCG and charging handle are not included.
