The kit includes the upper assembly, a bolt carrier group, charging handle, Magpul BTR pistol brace, lower parts kit, and buffer system components. The lower receiver is not included.

Barrel and Upper Receiver

The barrel runs 11.5 inches in .223 Wylde with a 1-in-8 twist rate, Government profile, and 4140 Chrome Moly Vanadium construction with a nitride finish. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a .750 O.D. micro low-profile gas block. The upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramps. Thread pitch is 1-in-2x28, and the kit includes a GI Birdcage flash hider compatible with 5.56 and .223.

Handguard

The 10-inch Trinity Force KMX freefloat M-Lok handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum with a black finish. The freefloat profile provides a clean forend with M-Lok interface for accessory placement along the rail.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The included bolt carrier group covers the 5.56, .223, .300, and .350 platform family and is 8620 alloy steel with a nitride finish. A Mil-Spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set.

Magpul BTR Pistol Brace

The kit includes the Magpul BTR pistol brace in black, constructed from polymer. The BTR brace pairs with the included Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube and provides the rear interface for this pistol configuration.

Buffer System and Lower Components

The kit includes a Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, a 3 oz buffer, a standard AR-15 carbine recoil spring, a Mil-Spec receiver end plate, and a castle nut. A lower parts kit covers the internal lower receiver components required for lower completion. These components cover the full lower completion hardware outside the serialized receiver itself.
