This kit ships without a brace, allowing customers to select their preferred final setup. The included buffer system and lower parts kit provide all components needed for completion once a brace or compliant stock is added by the builder.

Barrel and Gas System

The 14.5-inch government profile barrel is manufactured from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a phosphate finish. The 1:7 twist rate stabilizes projectiles across common 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington grain weights. Carbine-length gas system timing with micro low-profile gas block supports reliable cycling.

Upper Assembly and Handguard

The upper receiver features M4 feed ramps and 7075-T6 aluminum construction with anodized finish. The 10-inch quad-rail handguard provides four continuous Picatinny rail sections for mounting lights, grips, lasers, and other accessories. Free-float attachment isolates barrel harmonics from handguard contact.

Bolt Carrier Group and Buffer System

The complete bolt carrier group combines a 9310 alloy steel bolt with an 8620 alloy steel carrier body, both finished in nitride for corrosion resistance. The mil-spec buffer system includes a heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, 3 oz carbine buffer, standard recoil spring, castle nut, and end plate.
